Fred & Farid ad agency in Paris has created a striking series of images featuring stunt men and women in its latest campaign for Wrangler.

The ads feature Hollywood stunt people performing daredevil acts including jumping from windows, being set on fire, and falling through panes of glass. The performances were all captured by photographer Cass Bird, and together form a striking set of advertising images.

The images are the latest in the Wrangler We Are Animals campaign, which began in 2008, and aims to give a modern twist to the brand's cowboy image. The whole campaign has placed photography at its centre, with minimal branding, an unusual approach in advertising today but highly effective.

Boo-Hooray hosts Suckadelic's "Intentionally confusing, misleading, disappointing and really funny, limited-edition parodies of action figures" until Sunday's closing "Suckadelic Sausage Party" from 3—6pm. Apparently, The SUCKLORD will be presenting his new performance art piece, "The SUCKLORD is Present," a 3-hour static, silent piece, in which he will sit immobile, while spectators are invited to take turns sitting opposite him.

Following the success of the first Daydreaming with.... exhibition, staged at London's Haunch of Venison gallery last summer, James Lavelle is returning with a new show at St Michael's Church in Camden, London from April 27. The exhibition will feature film works by Doug Foster and Jonathan Glazer, with music from UNKLE and Simon Fisher Turner.

The second Daydreaming with... show is curated by Lavelle in association with the Gaymers Camden Crawl, and will feature video installations from Foster and Glazer. Foster's work, The Heretics' Gate (image shown above, and clip below), takes its inspiration from Dante's Inferno, while Glazer is showing Red Clay, which was previously shown in the Haunch of Venison exhibition but has been reconfigured in response to the architecture at St Michael's Church.

There was a big buzz a few months back when Oxford, England supergroup Radiohead announced their 8th LP, The King of Limbs. The music portion was exciting, but for we art and design nerds, it was the Stanley Donwood and Radiohead special "Newspaper Album" packaging that was slated for release June 1, 2011.

Showing all the goodies and extra art that comes along with The King of Limbs' Newspaper Edition and contributions from Stanley Donwood. "The artwork is designed in the guise of a Sunday newspaper, complete with plastic packaging printed with the album name and imagery. It contains two 10-inch clear vinyl records in a sleeve, a CD of the album, a perforated blotting-sheet artwork, and a newspaper containing art and texts by Donwood.”

Not every band can offer such a package, or afford to get such package printed, but when you have the resources that Radiohead has, it is nice to see extra touches and additions that make an album feel important and an event in an era of non-events.

the entrance is gently funnels into the valley of the slight, v-shaped plan and directs views directly through the house to the seafront. by placing the central circulation - a 'staircase hall' - in axis with the entrance, the impact of the landscape is maintained from arrival through a seven meter-high window. a pool, visible from the spinal line, reflects the converging sides of the staircase hall.

built on a slight slope, the main entrance and driveway is hosted on the upper level.
the majority of the interior follows the form of the topography to open up towards the west on a lower storey. the atmospheric contrast of a 'closed' front and an 'open back is amplified by the use of floor-to-ceiling glazings that face the sea. as a result, a living space is created that is directly in dialogue with the elements of the exterior.
a covered outdoor space that lines the outline of the 'v' form further extends this relationship
